This is a late 20th century (1960s -1970s) vintage or antique West German art pottery piece. It is a small pitcher [Henkelkrug] (see measurements below) not necessarily intended as a drinking vessel. I cannot be sure of the studio it came from. It is meant as a decorative/display piece. I have used it in the past as a vase.
