Antique clear glass fruit jar lid / insert embossed CLYDE GLASS WORKS, CLYDE, N.Y., dating approximately c. 1895-1915.

Original antique glass lid/insert for a Clyde Glass Works fruit or canning jar. The molded lettering around the rim is clearly visible, and the old glass shows the bubbles, lines and manufacturing irregularities expected in period glass.
