The Maserati Coup and Spyder (Tipo M138) are a series of grand tourers produced by Italian automaker Maserati from 2001 to 2007. The two nameplates refer to the four-seater coup and two-seater convertible models, respectively. The design of both models was based on the preceding 3200 GT, which was not sold in the US. Due to the confusing nature of the names "Maserati Coup" and "Maserati Spyder" (which could refer to any coup or convertible Maserati has made) the Coup and Spyder are both commonly referred to as the 4200 GT, which is an evolution of the prior model name and a reference to the increase in engine displacement from 3.2 L (3,217 cc) to 4.2 L (4,244 cc). The Maserati Coup is a true four-seater capable of comfortably seating two adults in the rear seats. It has a wheelbase of 2,660 mm (105 in) which is about 76 mm (3 in) longer than the rival Jaguar XK8 and 305 mm (12 in) longer than a Porsche 911 (996). Overall vehicle length is 4,523 mm (178 in), width is 1,822 mm (72 in), and height is 1,305 mm (51 in). Total curb weight is 1,670-1,680 kg (3,682-3,704 lb). The design is similar to the preceding 3200 GT but the boomerang shaped taillights were replaced in favor of more conventional units. Powering this Maserati is the F136 R V8 belonging to the Ferrari/Maserati F136 engine family; it displaces 4,244 cc and is rated at 390 PS (287 kW; 385 hp) at 7,000 rpm with a peak torque of 450 Nm (332 lbft) at 4,500 rpm. The crankshaft is of crossplane design. The engine operates at a compression ratio of 11.1:1 with the eight cylinders configured in a 90 V design. The cylinder bore diameter is 92 mm (3.62 in) and piston stroke length is 80 mm (3.15 in). The engine shares many of the design features of modern racing engines, including dry sump lubrication, a pump assembly located outside the crankcase, and four valves per cylinder. The 32-valve DOHC utilises chain-driven, twin-overhead camshafts that provide valve actuation in less than 0.15 seconds, with the intake cams being controlled by variable valve timing. The crankcase and cylinder heads are made from an aluminum and silicon alloy, giving the engine a relatively light weight of 184 kg (406 lb). This V8 is backed by a Six-Speed Manual Transmission. This 1965 Ford Mustang is a C-code fastback that has had a subsequent multi-year refurbishment performed. Some work included repairing and refinishing the body in red, refurbishing the color-coordinated cabin, overhauling the suspension, and rebuilding the 289ci V8 and three-speed automatic transmission. Some options include 15" chrome wheels with radial tires, tubular headers, a GT-style rear valance, a limited-slip differential, and a push-button AM radio. The previous owner enjoyed this Mustang for about 24-years and states that the work performed by Sargent's Auto Rebuild in Snohomish, Washington. Some items accomplished were to have stripped the car before replacing portions of the front end, taillight panel, and weather seals. The chrome and stainless-steel trim were replaced according to the seller. The car was modified with a GT-style rear valance with integrated exhaust exits as well as LED lighting, and the front section of the wiring harness has reportedly been replaced.  Additional updates include front hubs and rear drum components, replacement suspension, Sway bar, Tie rods, ball joints, Bushings, Control arms, Front coil shocks, rear leaf springs, Idler arm, front bucket seats reupholstered in red vinyl, accompanied by a matching rear bench along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes a heater, lap belts for the front occupants, a center console, crank windows, and wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a horizontal 120-mph speedometer flanked by auxiliary gauges. An AutoMeter 8k-rpm tachometer is mounted to the steering column. The five-digit odometer shows 6k miles, and total mileage is unknown. Previous owner states that ARP hardware, a COMP Cams camshaft, high-flow water pump, oil pumps, and PerTronix ignition were fitted. Additional modifications include an Edelbrock intake manifold and carburetor, ceramic-coated headers, a dual exhaust system, and a gold-finished air cleaner and valve covers.  289 CID V8 power is delivered to the rear wheels via a three-speed C4 automatic transmission said to have been rebuilt and fitted with a shift kit. The 3.25:1 limited slip differential was installed in 2005, and the third member was replaced in August 200.  If you are looking for a 1st generation fastback, this example should be considered.

In the late 50s Volvo was well under works to develop a sports car that would compete in both the US and European markets. The P1800 debuted in 1961 and was more powerful and robust than the former model. Variants would be offered over the years and the 1800ES Wagon was released in 1972 and would only be made for 2 years. Just under 48k units would be made across the variants from 61-73. This model is a '73, the final year and wow is she sharp! The green paint combined with the chrome really stands out and look good. The brown leather seats are comfortable and in good shape and per the owner is the original interior. Under the hood is a 2.1L Inline 4-Cylinder engine that is backed by a 4-Speed Manual Transmission w/Overdrive. The car runs, drives, and shifts out very well. Current owner has had her for over 12 years, acquired from Alan Auto out of Portland Maine. Car comes with a custom fit car cover and was Ziebarted to prevent rust. Debuting in 1958 the Impala would see 10 generation spanning nearly 60 years with only a few years of a hiatus from the market! The late 50s and early 60s was an interesting time for the Impala as it was redesigned many times in a short amount of time. Its first design in '58, changed again in '59, once more in '61 and yet again in '62. Its not uncommon for a manufacturer to make subtle changes over the years but these were quite different and with great regularity. Here we have a '64 model, one of the most iconic years in my opinion and a very desirable 2-door hardtop. The bold and angular design had a strong presence that gave the car the look of a cruiser but that it also packed a punch. The red paint looks good and has nice luster. 1980 Chevrolet Chevette

This sleek Ford was built on February 17, 1971 and sent to Drew Ford in Lamesa, CA where it sold the very first time on September 1, 1971. It is one of only 160 in these paint and trim colors, and only one of 177 with the 429 CJ and C6 automatic transmission combination. It is nicely optioned with the convenience group, power steering, rim-blow steering wheel, sport deck rear seat, power disc brakes in front, air conditioning, AM radio, tinted glass, tachometer, and of course, the 429 Cobra Jet. For you numbers guys, the VIN prefix 1F05C and we have the Marti Report. 

Still sporting it's original colors inside and out, the overall condition is very good plus- and what a sleeper! Most people think the 1971-1973 Mustangs are just big and heavy- and nowhere does this car tell it's would be challengers it's packing a strong 429 under the hood. In fact, this car has the same horsepower, more torque (and nearly identical power to weight ratio) as a 1969 GTO with a Ram Air IV in it. It is no slouch with factory ratings of 370 horsepower and 450 ft. lbs. of torque... and with the 1971 (net) horsepower ratings, you had better bet that 370 horse rating was below what it really was. It runs strong and drives very well. 

The inside is a nice light-medium blue bucket & console arrangement that is cockpit like- all business and just cool. The fold-down rear seat gives it a two-seater feel like and AMC AMX, and provides considerable more storage space. This car really stands out with the condition, correctness and unaltered aspect throughout- which on top of it being a low production car, it makes it one very desirable, investment-grade American legend.

This StyleLine has undergone a restoration and is powered by what the Owner states is the original I6 mated to the Original 3 Speed Manual on the Column. The current owner is the Third owner who purchased it from a close friend who kept stored for most of his ownership. During the Restoration, this StyleLine received new front Manual Disc Brakes, shoes and wheel cylinders with Stainless Steel Brake lines and all new hoses. All new shocks and a new front stabilizing bar bushing and end link kit have been installed. We are told the Floors are rust free and Original. The Exterior is painted in a deep Root Beer Brown with all new Chrome including a Rear Continental Kit. The weather stripping around doors, trunk, and hood has been replaced. The current owner obtained this piece of Ford's history locally in Texas and claimed that it was from California originally. It has been enjoyed by its current owner for about 5 years now. Walking around this '65 one should notice the gloss blue paint. Adding to the curb appeal are 15" chrome wire wheels wrapped in white wall radial tires, a chrome grille, hood scoop, chrome bumpers, fender skirts, chrome trim, and even dual exhaust. The two-toned blue with white interior flows well with the paint theme. 1965 Ford Thunderbird

Our Nashville showroom digitally showcases this stunning build, a 1932 Alfa Romero Tribute. This fun build was put together with time and care and you can view it in the body lines and over all quality. Powering this eye catcher is a 1600CC air cooled 4cylider. This was plucked from a VW product and paired with a 4speed manual transmission. If you notice the exhaust exiting from the front that's because this little toy has a reverse exhaust, having a rear mount engine the builder ran the exhaust up front and then down the side to keep the look alive. The exterior is a soft marron color and that is paired nicely with the black radials that are wrapped around wire wheels. If you are to drive this around be prepared to have people take pictures and wave at you. This is great for a fall day on a back road to your local cruise in and even to the yearly parade. 1964 Jeep CJ5

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is excited to present this remarkable 1932 Pierce Arrow 8 Sedan in mustard yellow and gray.

The Pierce-Arrow Motor Car Company produced some of the finest automobiles lost to the early 20th century. Pierce-Arrow is not a household name today- though when new, these were top of the line automobiles. The company only lasted into the late 1930's, contributing to its rarity and collectability today. Manufactured in Buffalo, New York, Pierce-Arrow was most famous for luxury automobiles, and its clear why. The company originally manufactured home items including bird-cages, and eventually bicycles in the mid to late 1800s. Once they began manufacturing cars, Pierce-Arrow became a status symbol. Owned by many stars and iconic figures including Babe Ruth, Ginger Rogers, and President Woodrow Wilson. 

This Pierce-Arrow truly is a work of art. A time Capsule. It appears to have received a restoration at some point in its life, and has been kept in pristine shape since. AC has been installed in the car. The exterior sports a mustard yellow and beige two-tone. The color matching wheels are icing on the cake. The glass wind panels are beautifully etched with roses and butterflies. One of the nicest features inside the Arrow is the turned-aluminum dash. Wooden panels run along the dash and door panels. It is very roomy inside. The rear window panel has a nice pull-down curtain. 

The Arrow is powered by an inline 8. While you can get a peak of it through the side louvers, lifting the butterfly hood reveals just how epic this motor is. The transmission is a 3-speed manual. Above the massive chrome grill sits the majestic Pierce Arrow hood ornament: A god-like man pulling back the arrow on his bow, pointing forward with the car.

We don't see very many 2-door Impalas... unless they are an SS model. It is nice to see a clean coupe come in, and it is still very much like the day it left the factory. 

This one sports the L30 327 4bbl 275 horsepower @ 4800 rpm and 355 lb-ft torque @ 4200 rpm giving it plenty of get-up-and-go. A 3-speed Turbo Hydramatic transmission gets the power to the rear wheels. It has power steering, and a nice aftermarket air conditioning system. The engine runs buttery smooth, and the ride is soft and predictable. A nice daily driver, or take it to the next level as a restored car or restomod. Either way, she is a nice base vehicle to leave as is or make it what you want. These cars are a great platform stock, or for an big block / LS conversion. Nice to have so may options. 

The exterior looks good in the light yellow and black- a popular combination in the 1960's, with the black vinyl top. It is simple, with nice lines. Paint is an older restoration, but still looks respectable. 

Inside, the wide split bench seat makes for a convenient front seat, and combined with the rear seat, provides 6 passenger comfort. The inside is in good shape. Comfy and veery spacious, and all Chevrolet!

After World War II, Ford's wartime effort toward producing B-24 bombers, jeeps, tank engines, and other military hardware ended. When civilian passenger cars and trucks were put back into production, Ford had the same truck and car design since 1941. After the 1947 Model Year was introduced, a completely new design was planned, which could appeal to various applications, extending further than just having a single purpose. The development objective included making driving easier with a comfortable and roomier cab. When introduced, Ford's new truck would be the only truck featuring an all-new post-war design. Ford departed from sharing a common platform with its passenger lineup and developed a purpose-built truck frame specifically for the F-Series.

That was then, but this is now. This performance-focused build propels the '49 F1 into the modern age with many upgrades improving performance, comfort, and drivability! From the outside, you will already be able to tell this is not your grandparents' F1!

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to present for sale on consignment, this cool little 1967 Citroen 2CV that comes with quite a story! A quick internet search done by yours truly revealed a movie promo photo of Heather Graham, who played Felicity Shagwell in the 1999 comedy, Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me, standing in front of the back end of an Orange Citroen 2CV. According to the owner, this was that car! A little digging revealed it was just a promo photo and the car most likely did not make it into the movie but everybody loves a good car story, right? This orange piece of eye candy is powered by a small but mighty 375cc H2 Air Cooled gas engine producing a mind boggling 9hp that is mated to a 4 speed manual transmission, both believed to be untouched in terms of a rebuild. You really can't help but grin and possibly giggle when you get behind the wheel. The shifter location alone makes you feel like you're in something other than a car. This car measures a wheelbase of 94.5 inches, 152 inch overall length, 58.3 inches of width and 63 inches high and weighs in at a feathery 1323lbs! The seats legitimately look like lawn furniture but are surprisingly comfortable and forgiving. This car features an AM Radio and cloth seats. The orange body is all there but shows wear after 55 years of coming off the production line. The split driver and passenger windows flip up, rather than roll down to add to the uniqueness of the car. There is a lot to take in on this car and the list of differences from more traditional vehicles continue to grow the more you look at it. This one is surely a conversation piece and a rarity that is sure to blow people's minds when you roll in to your local car show. 1967 Citroen 2CV

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present this resto-modded 1940 Ford Tudor.  Under the hood is a very rare powerplant.  Your eyes don't deceive you, this Ford is powered by a 345 cubic inch DeSoto Hemi V8, believed to be 1 of about 1,950 produced!  The Hemi is wearing a pair of 4-bbl carburetors, and the only modification from stock came during a rebuild in 2015 as the addition of a spin-on oil filter.  A 3-speed manual transmission sourced from a LaSalle puts the driver in control of the gears, and power is sent to the rear 3.53 open differential.  The engine has been in this Ford for a long time, as the current owner purchased the car in the late '50s for only $10, and swapped the engine in themselves!  In 1960 he sold the car, only to be reunited with it in 1995.  The Ford is painted a beautiful Bright Red Metallic over what is believed to be an all-steel body.  If this '40 Ford could talk, it would have decades worth of stories about drag racing, late nights with friends, and car shows galore.  Hop in the drivers seat and write the next chapter in the history of this clean '40 Ford.
