A true collector’s treasure — this 1997 Ty Beanie Baby Iggy & Rainbow Error Pair has been in my personal collection since original purchase and features some of the most desirable and documented early‑run production anomalies.

Iggy was produced using Rainbow’s fabric, and Rainbow was produced using Iggy’s fabric, from the small‑batch error runs before Ty corrected the mistake.
Additionally, Rainbow includes a tongue, which was not intended for this version.
Pellet composition also reflects the 1997 transition year:
Iggy contains PE pellets
Rainbow contains PVC pellets

Tag anomalies:
Iggy’s hang tag is attached to the back felt spines instead of the foot
Rainbow’s hang tag detached, but is preserved in a protective sleeve

Condition:
