Manage Purchases

Overview

The Purchases page shows every order you've placed on Sellwild. Use this page to track shipments, review order details, and take action on active orders.

Current vs Previous Tabs

Your orders are organized into two tabs:

• Current -- Active orders that are still in progress (paid, shipping, delivered)
• Previous -- Completed, cancelled, or disputed orders

Status Badges

Each order displays a colored status badge so you can see where it stands:

• Payment Authorized -- Your payment is authorized, waiting for the seller to accept
• Seller Accepted Your Order -- Seller accepted, preparing to ship
• Out for Delivery -- Item shipped, tracking available
• Item Delivered -- Carrier confirmed delivery
• Purchase Complete -- Transaction finalized
• Purchase Canceled -- Order was cancelled and refunded
• Purchase Disputed -- A dispute is open on this order

Searching Orders

Use the search bar to filter your orders by item name. Helpful when you have many purchases and need to find a specific one.

Order Detail View

Click any order to see its full details:

• Pricing breakdown -- Subtotal, shipping, tax, fees, and total
• Tracking information -- Carrier name and tracking number with a link to track
• Seller information -- Who sold the item

Actions

Depending on the order status, you may have the following actions available:

• Mark Item Delivered -- Confirm you received the item to complete the transaction and release payment to the seller
• Cancel Order -- Cancel the order before the seller accepts (refund is automatic)
• Dispute Order -- Open a dispute if something is wrong with your order
