Purchases in your account lists every order you have paid for, with the most recently changed at the top. Filter by status or search by title, then click Manage to open an order. The order page shows the price, shipping, the processing fee, the total and what happens next.
Find an order
- Open Purchases
Open your account and pick Purchases in the side menu. On a phone, tap the menu button at the top to open it.
- Pick a status
Click a status under Filter by Status. The number beside each one is how many orders are in it. On a phone, the filter is the Status drop-down.
- Search by title
Type part of the item's title in Search your orders…. The counts change to match.
- Open it
Click Manage on the order's row.
Each row shows the photo, the title, the listing price, the order's status and the date you bought it.

On a phone the filter and search sit above the list.
Save a search
Once a filter or a search is on, Save this search shows above the list. Click it to keep that view as a chip. Click the chip to get it back, or its × to delete it.
Saved searches stay in the browser you made them in. The phone app and your other devices keep their own.
Long lists
Show sets 25, 50 or 100 orders per page. Type a number in Jump to page and click Go to skip ahead. The total count sits at the end of the bar.
Read an order
The order page has three parts.
- The item, with Continue Shopping to go back to the marketplace.
- What you paid: Listing Price, Shipping Cost, Processing (2.9% + $0.30) and Total. A coupon adds a Coupon line and crosses out the old price.
- The order itself: its number and date, the seller, Current Status, What's Next... and the buttons you can use right now.
The number on Purchases in the menu counts orders you have not opened yet. Opening one marks it read.
Message the seller
Click Securely Chat on the order to open your chat with the seller about this item. See My Chats.
What you can do from an order
The buttons change with the status.
- Cancel Order, until the seller accepts. See Cancelling an Order.
- Confirm Receipt, while it is Out for Delivery or Item Delivered. This completes the order. See Tracking Your Order.
- Dispute Order, from when the seller accepts until the order is complete. A delivered order completes by itself 3 days after delivery. See Order Disputes.
