Viewing a Listing
Each listing page includes:
- Photo gallery with swipe (mobile) or click (desktop) navigation
- Item details: title, price, condition, and description
- Seller info with trust badge (if Stripe-verified)
- Shipping estimate for shippable items
Contacting the Seller
On listings where direct checkout isn't available, click "Contact Seller" on the listing page to message the seller directly. Ask questions about the item before committing to buy.
Checking Out
- Click "Buy Now" on the listing
- Select or enter your shipping address
- Choose a shipping method and carrier
- Review the order summary (subtotal, tax, shipping, fees)
- Enter payment info via Stripe's secure form
Order Confirmation
After a successful purchase:
- A confirmation screen shows your order number
- You receive an email notification with order details
- The order appears in My Purchases where you can track its progress
