Manage Wallet

Wallet has two parts. Getting paid shows your payout status, your Stripe balance and your earnings from completed sales. Paying for things holds the cards you saved for checkout.

Open your wallet

Open your account and pick Wallet in the side menu. On a phone, tap the menu button at the top to open it.

If the top card reads anything but Payouts active, you have setup left to do. See Getting Paid.

Check your balance

Once payouts are active, the card shows what Stripe holds for you.

On the card	What it means
ready to pay out	Cleared money. Stripe sends it to your bank each day.
still settling	Money from recent orders that has not cleared yet.
Paid to	Your bank and the last four digits of the account.
arriving	A payout already on its way, and the day it lands.

With nothing in Stripe yet, the card says "Your sales will show up here, then pay out to your bank automatically."

Manage payouts on Stripe opens your Stripe dashboard. Change your bank or see every past payout there.

See your earnings

After your first completed sale, an Earnings line shows your total and how many sales it took. It counts only orders marked Completed. A sale completes when the buyer confirms receipt, or by itself 3 days after the carrier marks it delivered if nobody disputes it. Orders still shipping, just delivered, cancelled or disputed are left out. The total is what reached your Stripe balance: what buyers paid, less sales tax and what Sellwild keeps (the fee, plus shipping and processing). Sales from before September 25, 2026 are counted as what buyers paid less sales tax and the fee.

When your sales span more than one month, click See breakdown:

Net Earnings Summary shows Total Earned, Sales and Yearly Average. The average is your total divided by the years between your first and last sale, counting at least one year.
Monthly Earnings charts each month. Pick a year under Year:. It opens on your latest year with sales.
Total for under the chart adds up that year.

Each sale counts in the month the buyer ordered it. Point at a bar to see that month's amount.

Save a card

Open the form
Under Paying for things, click Add Payment Method. The button reads Loading Stripe... while the form opens.
Enter the card
Type the card number, expiration date and security code. Check the Country, then type your ZIP code. Only cards can be saved here.
Save
Click Save Payment Method. You see "Payment method successfully added to your account!" and the card joins Saved cards.

Saved cards show at checkout when you are signed in. Click one to pay with it. A card you add during checkout is saved here too. See How to Buy.

Remove a card

Click the X
Point at the card under Saved cards. A ✕ shows in its corner. Click it. On a phone the ✕ is always there.
Confirm
The Delete? box shows the card. Click Delete Card, or Cancel to keep it.
