My Listings shows everything you have posted, live or not. Filter by status, search by title, and tick rows to archive them, list them or change their packaging in one go. A sold or archived listing goes back on sale with Relist.
Find a listing
Open your account and pick My Listings in the sidebar. Newest listings come first.
- Filter by status
Press a status under Filter by Status. The number beside each one is how many you have. On a phone, tap Filter beside the search box.
- Search by title
Type in Search your listings…. It finds any title with those letters in it.
- Save the search
Press Save this search to keep the filter and words as a chip above the list. Press the chip to use it again, or its × to remove it. Chips are kept in this browser only.
- Page through
Show sets 25, 50, 100 or 200 per page. Jump to page and Go skip ahead.
Each row shows the first photo, the title, the price, the status and its buttons. A number on the photo, like +1, counts the rest. Point at the photo to see the next few. A discount shows as a badge under the title. A coupon also crosses out the old price.
What each status means

Press the photo or the title on any row to open the listing as buyers see it.
Put a listing back on sale
Press Relist on the row. "Your listing is live again." confirms it worked.
A listing with a sale in progress cannot be relisted.
Change many listings at once
- Tick the rows
Tick the box at the left of each row, or Select all on page.
- Pick the action
Archive takes live listings off sale and out of search. List puts sold and archived ones back. Packaging sets the box they ship in (see below). Each button only lights up when a ticked row can take it.
- Read the result
A message says how many changed. Rows the action cannot change are skipped, and the message counts them.
Ship them all in one package
- Open the packaging list
Tick the rows, then press Packaging. A list opens under the bar.
- Pick the package
Choose a USPS Flat Rate envelope or box, a Soft Pack (poly mailer) or an Irregular Parcel. It is the same list as on the sell page.
- Apply
Press Apply to and the number of ticked rows. Cancel closes the list without changing anything.
This time the message also counts rows that were already in that package. These rows keep the package they have:
- sold listings
- listings with a sale in progress
- vehicles
- listings for local pickup only
Every package but Soft Pack also sets the listing's size to the package's size. Soft Pack keeps the size you entered. A listing with no weight gets 1 lb, so check the weight on anything heavier. To set the package new listings start with, see Shipping Settings.
Open a sale in progress
Manage on a Sale Pending or Sold row opens the sale, where you ship it and follow the payment. See Manage Sales.
