Setting Up Stripe
To receive payments, connect a Stripe account:
- Go to My Wallet in your account settings
- Pick your country and click "Setup Stripe"
- Complete Stripe's identity verification process
- Once verified, you get a trust badge on your seller profile
How Payments Work
The payment flow for each sale:
- Buyer pays at checkout -- Payment is authorized (held, not yet captured)
- You accept the order -- Payment is captured from the buyer
- Funds are held until the transaction completes (buyer confirms delivery)
Receiving Payouts
Payouts transfer to your linked bank account or debit card 2-3 business days after an order completes.
Fees
The following fees are deducted automatically before payout:
- Stripe processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
- Platform commission on the sale price
The net amount after fees is what you receive in your payout.
Viewing Earnings
Your My Wallet page includes:
- Earnings summary with your total net earnings, number of sales, and yearly average
- Chart of earnings over time
