Sellwild's cut of a sale is 10% of the item, capped at $500. Coupons come out of your side. Your share lands in Stripe when you approve the order.
What the buyer pays
The buyer's total at checkout has up to five lines.
| Line | What it is | Who gets it |
|---|---|---|
| Listing Price | Your price. | You, after the Sellwild fee. |
| Coupon | A coupon the buyer used. | Your own coupon comes out of your share. A Sellwild coupon is paid by Sellwild. |
| Shipping | The rate the buyer picked. | Sellwild, which pays for the label. |
| Processing | 2.9% of the price and shipping, plus $0.30. | Sellwild, which pays the card fee. |
| Sales tax | Only in states where Sellwild collects it. | The state. |

With Arranged Separately, the buyer pays no shipping at checkout. You settle delivery with them in chat.
The Sellwild fee
- The fee is 10% of the price the buyer paid for the item.
- It is never more than $500, so any sale over $5,000 pays $500.
- Your own coupon comes off the price first, and the fee is 10% of what is left. A $10 coupon on a $100 item costs you about $9. A Sellwild coupon costs you nothing: the fee is 10% of your full price, as if there were no coupon.
- Sellwild sometimes gives a seller a lower rate for a set time. You get an email when it starts, and another a week before it ends. Each order is charged the rate you had when the buyer paid.
A worked example
A $100 item with $10 shipping, no coupon and no sales tax:
| Amount | |
|---|---|
| Buyer pays: price + shipping + processing | $100.00 + $10.00 + $3.49 = $113.49 |
| Sellwild keeps: fee + shipping + processing | $10.00 + $10.00 + $3.49 = $23.49 |
| Your Stripe balance gets | $90.00 |
Stripe then pays it to your bank. See When the money arrives.
Where to see it
The order page in Sales lists the Listing Price, the Sellwild Fee with its rate, and You Earn. You Earn is the listing price minus your own coupon, if any, and the fee, which is what reaches your Stripe balance. A Platform Discount (paid by Sellwild) line is not taken off. On sales from September 25, 2026 it is read straight from what Stripe paid you. Your balance is on the Getting paid card in your wallet.

Your wallet's Earnings line adds up your completed sales. A sale completes when the buyer confirms receipt, or 3 days after delivery if they don't dispute. See Manage Wallet.
