The Shipping page in your account holds three settings. Label Format is the paper size of every label you buy. Default packaging is the USPS box or envelope new listings start with. Sales ship from your default address.
Open your account and pick Shipping in the side menu. On a phone, tap the menu button at the top to open it.
Pick your label size
- Choose a format
Under Label Format, pick the paper your printer uses. It starts on 4 x 6 inch PDF, the size most label printers take. 8.5 x 11 inch PDF prints on plain paper.
- Save
Click Save. You see "Shipping settings saved".
The size is fixed when a label is bought, which is when you approve an order or buy one yourself. A label you already have keeps its size.
Set your default packaging
- Choose a package
Under Ship in, pick a USPS Flat Rate envelope or box, a Soft Pack (poly mailer), or an Irregular Parcel. Pick No default (enter a size on each listing) to measure each box yourself.
- Save
Click Save in the same card.
New listings start with this package, so buyers see its exact rate at checkout. A Flat Rate box costs the same to any US address, at any weight up to the USPS limit. You can still pick another package on any listing.
Where you ship from
Your sales ship from your default address. Click Manage addresses to add one or change which is the default in your Addresses.
Change it before buyers check out. A prepaid label keeps the address its rate was priced from at checkout.
