You have 7 days to approve a paid order, or it cancels itself. Approving takes the buyer's money and, on most orders, buys a USPS label for you. No printer? Show the label's QR code at the post office instead. Without a label, you can buy one later or send the item your own way.
Approve the order
When a buyer pays, the money is held on their card, not taken yet. We email you, and a number shows on Sales in your account menu.
- Open the order
Open your account and pick Sales in the side menu. Click Paid to see the orders waiting on you, then Manage on the one you want.
- Check it
The order reads Current Status: Payment Authorized, with the buyer's name beside it.
- Approve it
Click Approve. We charge the buyer's card, mark your listing sold, and buy the prepaid label if the buyer picked a USPS service at checkout.
If Approve says "Your payout account is not properly configured. Please reconnect your Stripe account.", fix your payouts in Getting Paid, then approve again.
Print the label and ship
Once you approve, an order with a prepaid label shows Print Ship Label. The button stays on the order until the package is delivered, so you can print the label again.
- Print it
Click Print Ship Label. The label opens in a new tab, sized by the Label Format on your Shipping settings.
- Pack it and drop it off
Tape the label to the package and take it to the post office. The order asks you to do this within 3 days.
- Mark it shipped
Click Shipped. The buyer gets an email that it is on the way.
We track every label bought through Sellwild. When USPS scans the package, the order moves to Delivering by itself, and to Delivered when it arrives.
No printer? Use a QR code
You do not need a printer for a USPS label. The order holds a code the clerk can scan instead.
- Open the code
Click Use QR-Code Instead, beside Print Ship Label. The code opens on your screen.
- Hand it over at the counter
Bring the box packed, with no label on it. Show the code from your phone, or from a screenshot of it. The clerk prints the label and sticks it on.
- Mark it shipped
Click Shipped, the same as with a printed label.
The code and the printed label share one tracking number, so nothing else about the order changes.
You only see Use QR-Code Instead when all of these are true:

Ship it your own way
An order paid before you had a ship-from address has no prepaid label. It shows Buy a shipping label and a tracking box instead. You can buy a label from the order, or ship it with any carrier you like.
- Ship it
Send it with USPS, UPS, FedEx or anyone else, and keep the tracking number.
- Save the tracking number
Type it in Enter tracking number and click Save Tracking. We work out the carrier from the number, so you see "Tracking number saved (UPS detected)". Buy a shipping label goes away once a number is saved.
- Mark it shipped
Click Shipped.
Your own tracking number does not update the order. Click Shipped, or the buyer has no way to confirm the item arrived. When they confirm it, the order moves to Delivered.
If the order says "No shipping address available. Please coordinate delivery via chat.", ask the buyer with Securely Chat.
