Manage Sales

Overview

The Sales page is where you manage incoming orders. Every time a buyer purchases one of your items, it appears here with its current status.

Status Filters

Filter your orders by status to focus on what needs your attention:

• All Sales -- Every order regardless of status
• Buyer Paid -- New orders waiting for you to approve
• Payment Accepted -- Orders you've approved, ready to ship
• Delivering -- Items you've shipped with tracking info
• Delivered -- Items the carrier confirmed as delivered
• Sold -- Items marked as sold
• Completed -- Finalized transactions
• Cancelled -- Orders that were cancelled
• Disputed -- Orders with an open dispute

Approving Orders

When a new order comes in, open it to review the details and decide:

• Approve -- Captures the buyer's payment and moves the order to the shipping stage
• Cancel Order -- Cancels the order and automatically refunds the buyer

Pricing Breakdown

Each order detail view shows a full pricing breakdown including the item price, shipping cost, platform fees, Stripe processing fees, and your net payout amount.

Chat with Buyer

Message the buyer directly from the order detail page. Use this to coordinate shipping details, answer questions, or resolve issues.
