Your store is at sellwild.com/s/ followed by your username. You can change the username one time, from Profile Settings. Links to the old name keep working and forward to the new one.
Change your username
- Open Profile Settings
Click your photo at the top right, then Profile Settings.
- Find Storefront Username
The card sits under Save Profile. It shows the web address buyers use now.

- Type the new name
Sellwild checks it as you type. Capital letters become small ones. Wait for the line under the box to say the name is available.

- Type it again
A second box, Type and your name again, catches typos. Change username stays grey until both match.

- Click Change username
The card says "Your username is now" the new name, and how many listings moved to the new address.
Cancel clears both boxes. Save Profile never touches the username.
What a username can be
| Rule | Example |
|---|---|
| 3 to 30 characters | sam works, sm does not |
| Letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores | sams-vintage_2 |
| At least one letter | 2024 is refused |
| Starts and ends with a letter or number | -sam is refused |
| No two hyphens or underscores in a row | sam--vintage is refused |
| Not taken, not reserved, and not a name someone moved off | the card says which |
Your old links
Anyone who opens your old store address lands on the new one. The old name stays yours for that reason, so nobody else can take it.
If you deactivate your account, your username is freed. See Manage Profile.
When your store opens
Your store address works once you can take payments on Sellwild and have a listing for sale. Before that, it shows no store. See Getting Paid.
