Overview
Your profile page is where you manage the personal information that buyers and other users see. Navigate to Profile from your account menu to get started.
Editing Your Name
Update your first name and last name from the profile form.
Updating Your Email
Change your email address from the email field. After saving, you need to verify the new address with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your inbox.
- Enter your new email address
- Save changes
- Check your inbox for the verification code
- Enter the OTP to confirm the change
Profile Photo
Upload a profile photo by clicking the avatar area. Your photo appears on your listings, in chat, and on your seller profile page.
Shipping Label Format
Choose your preferred shipping label format. This determines the paper size used when generating shipping labels for your sales.
Deactivating Your Account
If you need to take a break, use the Delete My Account link at the bottom of the profile page. This hides your listings and profile from other users, and you can reactivate at any time by logging back in.
