Overview
The Notification Preferences page lets you control which optional emails Sellwild sends you. Transaction emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, and similar) always send and can't be turned off.
Discounts & Pricing
Control how you hear about your discounts and pricing:
- Discount performance digest -- A periodic summary of how your coupons and timed discounts are doing. When it's on, choose a Daily or Weekly frequency.
- Real-time discount alerts -- Get notified as discount activity happens, instead of waiting for a digest.
Messages
Choose whether to receive email notifications when buyers send you chat messages. You can also turn on a chat digest (Daily or Weekly) to bundle messages into a summary instead of individual emails. Turning message emails off means you'll only see new messages when you visit Chats.
