Edit, Mark Sold or Delete

Any field can change after posting, until the item sells. Close out an item that sold elsewhere, or take it down. A deleted listing waits under Not Active until you bring it back.

Edit a listing

  1. Open it

In My Listings, press Edit on the row. A sold listing has no Edit button.

  2. Change what you need

The page has the same fields as the Sell form: photos, title, price, description, category, condition and packaging. The tag at the top shows the status.

Edit Listing with Delete Listing, Mark Sold and View Listing above the status tag and photosEdit Listing with Delete Listing, Mark Sold and View Listing above the status tag and photos
  3. Save

Press Save at the bottom. "Listing Saved!" means buyers see the change.

On this page the sparkle button next to the price sets only the price and the package size. It needs a title first. See Pricing Your Item.

If you leave with changes you have not saved, the app asks first.

Manage it from the listing page

Open your own listing the way a buyer would. Where a buyer sees Buy Now, you see Manage Listing. The ⋮ button at the top does the same thing.

Mark it sold

Use this when the item sold somewhere else. It stops anyone buying it here.

  1. Press Mark Sold

On the edit page, or from Manage Listing.

  2. Confirm

On the edit page, Mark Sold? asks "Are you sure you want to mark item sold?". Press Mark Sold again.

The row now reads Sold, with a Relist button in case the other sale falls through.

Delete it

  1. Press Delete Listing

It is at the top of the edit page.

  2. Answer the question

"Are you sure you want to remove this listing?" Press Delete under the photo to go ahead, or tap outside the box to back out.

"Listing has been deleted" shows, and the app goes back to your listings. Buyers can no longer find it. The row is still there under Not Active, and Relist undoes the delete.
